Director of Operations

Kelly is the organizational backbone of Sledge & Company, coordinating operations and ensuring every client interaction is smooth from start to finish. With extensive experience in compliance, bookkeeping, and workflow management, she brings precision and care to each step of the client process. Kelly’s background in nonprofit and board leadership has honed her ability to balance complex details with a personal touch, making her a trusted partner for our team and clients alike. She is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health.

Personal Side

Kelly is a graduate of Belhaven University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Management. Born and raised in the Jackson area, Kelly now lives at the Reservoir with her husband, Bill. She is the mother of three daughters and the proud grandmother of two granddaughters and one grandson. Kelly is an active parishioner at St. Paul Catholic Church, and enjoys reading and working out in her free time.
